Section 263-12-091. Affidavits of prejudice.

Affidavits of prejudice against an industrial appeals judge assigned to conduct hearings in an appeal are subject to the provisions of RCW 4.12.050, except that such affidavit must be filed within thirty days of receipt of the notice of assignment of the appeal to the industrial appeals judge or prior to the assigned industrial appeals judge holding any proceeding in the appeal, whichever occurs sooner.
