It is a violation of these rules for any person applying for a license to provide false information or fail to provide accurate and complete information. Persons completing an application are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information contained on the application. Applicants may be required to have their photograph taken. The commission, executive secretary, stewards, or security investigators, in their discretion, may require a photograph from any applicant or licensee at any time.
