- (1) A Class A or B license does not become effective until the commission receives a certified check or bank draft to the order of the state of Washington equal to two hundred dollars times the number of racing days requested in the license application and is void if the license fee is not received within ten days after issuance. The commission must refund to the licensee the amount by which the fee paid exceeds two hundred dollars times the number of actual days of racing.(2) A Class C license applicant must pay its daily licensing fee required in RCW 67.16.130(1) at the end of its race meet.
