Section 260-13-640. Application for license—Opportunity for oral presentation.

The commission will provide an applicant for a license an opportunity to make an oral presentation of its application to the commission before the commission decides whether to issue a license. The commission is not required to provide an applicant more than one opportunity to make an oral presentation before the commission makes its decision.
