Section 260-12-040. Every license is conditioned on licensee enforcing and observing the rules of racing.

Every license to hold a race meet is granted upon the condition that the licensee will accept, observe, and enforce the rules of racing. It is the duty of each officer, director, and every official and employee of the licensee to comply with the rules of racing and to report violations to the commission.
