  • Unless prohibited by federal law, every professional review organization operating within the state of Washington shall report to the board any determinations that a podiatric physician and surgeon may have engaged in unprofessional conduct, or by reason of mental or physical impairment may be unable to practice the profession with reasonable skill and safety.
