Section 246-922-160. Health care service contractors and disability insurance carriers.

The executive officer of every health care service contractor and disability insurer regulated under chapters 48.20, 48.21, 48.21A and 48.44 RCW, operating in the state of Washington shall report to the board all final determinations that a podiatric physician and surgeon may have engaged in over-utilization of services, has charged fees for services not actually provided, may have engaged in unprofessional conduct, or by reason of mental or physical impairment may be unable to practice the profession with reasonable skill and safety.
