Section 246-919-300. Application withdrawals.

Latest version.

An application for a license may not be withdrawn after the commission or the reviewing commission member determines that grounds exist for denial of the license or for the issuance of a conditional license. Applications which are subject to investigation for unprofessional conduct or impaired practice may not be withdrawn.
