Section 246-891-030. Condom standards.

- All condoms shall meet the following standards:(1) Latex rubber condoms shall comply with applicable United States Food and Drug Administration requirements current at the time of manufacture.(2) Condoms made from materials other than rubber shall conform to applicable United States Food and Drug Administration requirements current at the time of manufacture.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.64.005.
