Section 246-851-330. Misleading titles or degrees.

  • An optometrist shall not use misleading or unrelated degrees or titles in connection with the professional practice of optometry. The use of an optometric designation such as "optometrist" or "doctor of optometry" or other similar phrase shall not be used in connection with a business or activity that is not related to optometric care.
