Section 246-849-200. Apprenticeship training—Definitions.

(1) For the purpose of administering and recording apprenticeship training and out-of-state work experience, the maximum number of hours that can be accumulated in one year shall be two thousand.

(2) "Direct supervision" means that the supervising ocularist inspect all of the apprentice's work and be physically present on the premises where the apprentice is working at all times.
