Section 246-841-593. Reinstatement of approval.

The nursing commission may consider reinstatement of a medication assistant education and training program upon submission of satisfactory evidence that the program meets the requirements as contained in these rules.

A program that is automatically terminated for failure to renew may be immediately reinstated upon meeting all conditions for a new application approval.
