- The executive officer of every health care service contractor and disability insurer, licensed under chapters 48.20, 48.21, 48.21A, and 48.44 RCW, operating in the state of Washington shall report to the board all final determinations that a naturopath has engaged in fraud in billing for services.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.36A.160, 2011 c 41, and 2011 c 40.
