Section 246-836-350. Naturopathic associations or societies.

The president or chief executive officer of any naturopathic association or society within this state shall report to the board when the association or society determines that a naturopath has committed unprofessional conduct or that a naturopath may not be able to practice naturopathy with reasonable skill and safety to patients as the result of any mental or physical condition. The report required by this section shall be made without regard to whether the license holder appeals, accepts, or acts upon the determination made by the association or society. Notification of appeal shall be included.
