Section 246-834-200. Appeal of department of health decisions.

Latest version.

A school of midwifery aggrieved by a department decision affecting its accreditation may appeal the decision pursuant to chapter 18.50 RCW and the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 34.05 RCW.
