Section 246-826-210. Intravenous medications flow restrictions.

(1) Category D and F assistants will be permitted to interrupt an IV, administer an injection, and restart at the same rate.

(2) Line draws may be performed by a Category B assistant only if the IV is stopped and restarted by a licensed practitioner.
