- (1) A written examination will be given at least once annually to qualified applicants at a time and place determined by the secretary.(2) Applications must be received sixty days in advance of the scheduled examination.(3) Applicants who fail the examination shall submit the appropriate fee for reexamination.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.138.070, 18.130.050 and 18.130.070.
