Section 246-71-090. Data base access by the department of revenue.

The Washington department of revenue may access information in the data base to verify tax exemptions under chapters 82.08 and 82.12 RCW. The process and format for request and receiving the information shall be established by the department and the data base vendor in coordination with the Washington department of revenue.
