Section 246-376-120. General.

- (1) Where no provision is made in these regulations to clearly apply to any condition or thing found to exist which may be a health hazard in a camp, the health officer may direct the owner as to the best means to adopt to secure proper sanitary conditions in said camp.(2) Where a condition exists, which in the opinion of the health officer is a violation of these regulations or a menace to health, he may order the owner to close such camp until such time as the health officer may direct.[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.20.050.
