Section 246-360-050. Sewage and liquid waste disposal.

- The licensee must provide documentation that demonstrates that sewage and liquid waste drain into:(1) A municipal sewage system if available; or(2) A sewage disposal system designed, constructed, and maintained in accordance with chapters 246-272, 246-272B, and 173-240 WAC and local ordinances.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 70.62 RCW.
