Section 246-359-740. Drain connector to factory assembled structures (FAS).
Latest version.
- (1) A FAS containing plumbing fixtures must be connected to the drain inlet by a drain connector:(a) Approved by the department of health;(b) Consisting of pipe not less than Schedule 40 with appropriate fittings and connectors; and(c) Not less in size than the FAS outlet.(2) The fitting connected to the drain inlet must be a directional fitting to discharge the flow into the drain inlet.(3) A drain connector must be:(a) Installed and maintained with a grade not less than one-fourth inch per foot;(b) Gas-tight and no longer than necessary to make the direct connection between the mobile home outlet and drain inlet at the site.(4) Each drain inlet must be maintained gas-tight when not in use.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 70.114A RCW and RCW 43.70.334 through 43.70.340.
