Section 246-359-730. Manufactured home installers.

Latest version.

A manufactured home may be installed by:

(1) The applicant;

(2) A certified installer as required by WAC 296-150M-0630;

(3) An individual supervised by an on-site certified installer; or

(4) A specialty trades person, for certain aspects of installation.
