Furnishings of the hospice care center must be home-like and include lounge furniture in addition to furnishings in patient rooms. Accessories such as wallpaper, bedspreads, carpets and lamps must be:

(1) Selected to create a home-like atmosphere; and

(2) Installed per uniform building and fire codes and per manufacturer installation standards.
