Section 246-335-010. Applicability.

The requirements in Part 1 of this chapter apply to all in-home services agencies licensed to provide home health, home care, and hospice services unless otherwise noted in the specific sections. The requirements in Part 1 of this chapter also apply to hospice care centers as identified in Part 2. The fee requirements in Part 3 of this chapter apply to all in-home services agencies licensed to provide home health, home care, hospice and hospice care center services.
