Section 246-290-140. Existing system as-built approval.

- At the discretion of the department, owners of existing systems without approved construction documents shall provide information necessary to establish the extent of the water system's compliance with this chapter. At a minimum, this shall include submission and approval by the department of:(1) A water system plan or small water system management program;(2) As-built or record drawings; and(3) Water quality analyses.[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.02.050 [43.20.050].
