Section 246-254-110. Fees for reciprocity.

- (1) The department shall charge fees for reciprocal recognition of other agreement state, licensing state or United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission licenses based upon the actual amount of radioactive material or type of devices being transported into Washington state or the type of service to be performed involving radioactive material.(2) The department shall charge a fee equal to one hundred percent of the fee specified under WAC 246-254-070, 246-254-080, 246-254-090, and 246-254-100.(3) The department shall permit the reciprocally recognized licensee to possess and use radioactive material in the state of Washington up to one hundred eighty days during the twelve-month period following payment of each fee.[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.70.110.
