Section 246-250-190. Protection of individuals during operations.

After the effective date of these regulations, operations at the land disposal facility shall be conducted in compliance with the standards for radiation protection set out in chapter 246-221 WAC, except for releases of radioactivity in effluents from the land disposal facility, which shall be governed by WAC 246-250-170. Every reasonable effort should be made to maintain radiation exposures as low as is reasonably achievable.
