Section 246-240-608. Records of safety procedures.

Latest version.

A licensee shall retain a copy of the procedures required by WAC 246-240-360 (1)(d) and (4)(b) until the licensee no longer possesses the remote afterloader, teletherapy unit, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit.
