Section 246-240-590. Records of safety instruction.

Latest version.

A licensee shall maintain a record of safety instructions required by WAC 246-240-204, 246-240-263, and 246-240-360 for three years. The record must include a list of the topics covered, the date of the instruction, the name(s) of the attendee(s), and the name(s) of the individual(s) who provided the instruction.
