Section 246-235-050. Renewal of license.

- (1) Applications for renewal of specific licenses shall be filed in accordance with WAC 246-235-010.(2) In any case in which a licensee, not less than thirty days prior to expiration of the existing license, has filed an application in proper form for renewal or for a new license authorizing the same activities, such existing license shall not expire until the application has been finally determined by the department.[Statutory Authority: RCW 70.98.050 and 70.98.080.
