Section 246-215-09115. Plan approval—Plan contents.

  • The owner of a MOBILE FOOD UNIT shall include in the plan required by WAC 246-215-09110:
    (1) Menu and FOOD preparation steps;
    (2) Floor plan;
    (3) EQUIPMENT specifications and location;
    (4) Finish schedule;
    (5) Proposed itinerary or sites to be served;
    (6) Source of water and specifications of the on-board plumbing;
    (7) Site used for SEWAGE disposal;
    (8) Availability of restrooms for EMPLOYEES;
    (9) Operating procedures; and
    (10) Cleaning schedule.
