Section 246-215-06565. Methods—Maintaining premises, unnecessary items and litter (2009 FDA Food Code 6-501.114).

The PREMISES must be free of:

(1) Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment such as EQUIPMENT that is nonfunctional or no longer used; and

(2) Litter.
