Section 246-215-05305. Design and construction—Enclosed system, sloped to drain (2009 FDA Food Code 5-302.11).

A mobile water tank must be:

(1) Enclosed from the filling inlet to the discharge outlet; and

(2) Sloped to an outlet that allows complete drainage of the tank.
