  • A HANDWASHING SINK must be located:
    (1) To allow convenient use by EMPLOYEES;
    (2) Within 25 feet of FOOD preparation, FOOD dispensing, and WAREWASHING areas; and
    (3) In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms.
