Section 246-11-510. Issuance of final order.

- If the adjudicative proceeding is heard by the board or a panel of the board the presiding officer and board or panel of the board shall:(1) Issue a final order containing findings of fact and conclusions of law and an order; and(2) Cause the adjudicative clerk office to serve a copy of the order on each party and any designated representative of the party.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.155.040.
