Section 246-11-200. Notice to limited-English-speaking parties.

  • When the program or the adjudicative clerk office is notified or otherwise made aware that a limited-English-speaking person is a party in an adjudicative proceeding, all notices concerning the hearing, including notices of hearing, continuance, and dismissal, shall either be in the primary language of the party or shall include a notice in the primary language of the party which describes the significance of the notice and how the party may receive assistance in understanding and, if necessary, responding to the notice.
