Section 246-10-608. Initial order.

- If the adjudicative proceeding is conducted by a presiding officer who is not authorized to make the final decision, the presiding officer shall:(1) Issue an initial order containing proposed findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a proposed order;(2) Cause the adjudicative clerk office to serve a copy of the initial order on each party and any designated representative of a party; and(3) Forward the initial order and record of the adjudicative proceeding to the adjudicative clerk office.[Statutory Authority: RCW 18.155.040.
