Section 246-10-110. Jurisdiction.

Latest version.

(1) The department has jurisdiction over all licenses issued by the department and over all holders of and applicants for licenses. Such jurisdiction is retained even if an applicant requests to withdraw the application, or a licensee surrenders or fails to renew a license.

(2) The department has jurisdiction over unlicensed practice of any activity for which a license is required unless otherwise prohibited by law.
