Section 243-01-130. Review or denial of public records requests.

Any person who objects to a denial of a public records request or who objects to the reasonableness of the estimate of the time the board requires to respond to a public records request, shall petition the superior court in the county in which the record is maintained under the provisions of RCW 42.17.340.
