Section 232-13-110. Enforcement.

- (1) Fish and wildlife officers and ex officio fish and wildlife officers have the authority to remove from department lands people who have violated the law or failed to obey department regulations.(2) It is unlawful to fail, neglect, or refuse to obey the directions of such officers regarding the use of department lands. Violating this subsection is a misdemeanor, pursuant to RCW 77.15.230.
