Section 230-15-275. Surveillance requirements for Class F card games.  


Latest version.
  • (1) Class F licensees must use a closed circuit television system (CCTV) to record critical activities when:
    (a) Operating player-supported jackpots; or
    (b) Assessing fees on amounts wagered (rake method).
    (2) Class F licensees must have a CCTV that views:
    (a) All gambling at each table including, at least, the:
    (i) Cards; and
    (ii) Wagers; and
    (iii) Chip tray; and
    (iv) Drop box openings; and
    (v) Table number; and
    (vi) Players; and
    (vii) Dealers; and
    (b) When the count is being conducted, at least, the:
    (i) Count table; and
    (ii) Floor; and
    (iii) Drop boxes; and
    (iv) Drop box storage shelves/cabinets.
