Section 230-11-095. Recordkeeping requirements for Class A through D licensees and unlicensed raffles.

Latest version.

Class A through D licensed raffles and unlicensed raffles under the authority of RCW 9.46.0315 or 9.46.0321 must keep a record by month of the following:

(1) Gross receipts; and

(2) Prizes paid; and

(3) Net income; and

(4) Documentation of expenses; and

(5) Documentation of how the proceeds were used.
