Section 230-10-075. Licensed bingo manager required.

Latest version.

A licensed bingo manager must be on the premises and supervising bingo operation during all hours bingo games are conducted, except bingo games conducted:

(1) Under RCW 9.46.0321; or

(2) At a qualified agricultural fair; or

(3) Under a Class A, B, or C bingo license; or

(4) At a special bingo property we authorize.
