Section 230-10-070. Bingo flashboard requirements for Class D and above bingo games.

Latest version.

(1) Class D and above bingo licensees must use flashboards to display numbers. The flashboards must be visible to all players and clearly indicate all numbers that have been called; and

(2) If a flashboard malfunctions, licensees must repair it before using it in any other bingo occasion.
