Section 230-09-007. Canceling, changing time, date, or location of fund-raising events.

- (1) If a fund-raising event (FRE) licensee cancels an FRE, they must:(a) Notify us and local law enforcement in advance; and(b) Return the original license to us.(2) If a licensee changes the time, date, or location of an FRE, they must:(a) Notify us in writing at least ten days in advance. The notice must include a signed statement from the chief executive officer that the appropriate law enforcement agency has been notified of the change; and(b) Pay the appropriate fee; and(c) Return the original license to us.[Statutory Authority: RCW 9.46.070.
