Section 230-06-055. Notify law enforcement of gambling activity.

- (1) Licensees must notify local law enforcement agencies, in writing, that they have been licensed before they begin to conduct any activity under the license.(2) Licensees must notify local law enforcement agencies of the:(a) Address where they will conduct the gambling activity; and(b) Type of gambling activity licensed; and(c) First date they will conduct the gambling activity; and(d) Proposed schedule for the operation of the gambling activity if they plan to conduct the activity on a regular basis.(3) Licensees must not conduct the activity until they have made the notification.[Statutory Authority: RCW 9.46.070.
