Section 222-46-080. Criminal penalty.

- In addition to the penalties imposed pursuant to RCW 76.09.170 of the act, any person who conducts any forest practice or knowingly aids or abets another in conducting any forest practice in violation of any provisions of RCW 76.09.010 through 76.09.280 or 90.48.420, or these regulations, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00, or by imprisonment for a term of not more than 1 year or by both fine and imprisonment for each separate violation. Each day upon which violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.[Order 263, § 222-46-080, filed 6/16/76.]
