Section 220-56-385. Oysters—Unlawful acts.

- Oysters taken for personal use must be shucked before removing oysters from the intertidal zone and the shells replaced on the tidelands at the approximate tide level from which originally taken and it shall be unlawful for any person to fail to do so.[Statutory Authority: RCW 77.12.047.
