Section 220-47-266. Puget Sound—Salmon preserve—Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Latest version.

"The Strait of Juan de Fuca Salmon Preserve" shall include those waters and tributaries thereto lying within three miles off shore between a line projected 30 degrees true from a point three miles west of the Sekiu River mouth to a line projected 45 degrees true from a point three miles east of the Dungeness River mouth, excluding the waters of Puget Sound Salmon Management and Catch Reporting Area 6D.
