Section 220-16-200. Geographical definitions—District 1.

Latest version.

The term "District 1" shall be construed to include the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the waters of the Pacific Ocean over which the state of Washington has jurisdiction, exclusive of bays, inlets, canals, coves, sounds and estuaries.
